to work in Norway.
The European job mobility portal published a detailed report,stating that Norway needs engineers,
teachers, nurses, but also bus drivers, chefs and waiters – positions for which an average salary offered is almost 4,500
Euro in this Nordic country.
As mentioned above, this Scandinavian county needs engineers, specifically experts in the fields of mechanic, electronics, automatics, hydraulics and plumbing, early age educators, teachers – mostly math and natural science, medical doctors, nurses,psychologists, bud drivers, taxi drivers, chefs, waiters and so on.
Norwegian companies seeking engineers and experts in different fields are, among others: Aker Solutions, FMC
Technologies, Statoil, National Oilwell Varco, Kverner,Kongsberg Grupa, Aibel, Roksar and Fabricom.
Working conditions in Norway are considered to be at the highest and most humane level in today’s world.
Workers usually sign a probation period contract first, lasting 3-6 months, before signing the full-time contract.
Salary is usually paid monthly, and working hours do not exceed 40 hours a week. Over-time is not being forced upon workers – they might take it if they chose to do so. While on probation period – you may also chose whether you’ll be paid weekly, twice a week, or monthly.
Your salary depends on your working hours, therefore is calculated based on your hourly wage – each profession has different hourly wage.
„B“ knowledge level of English Language is required, for basic communication. Advantage will be given to those who speak Norwegian, but English is a must. Candidates with EU passport will also be prefered.
Norwegian employment bureau „Konsisbemanning“ will assist with the temporary lodging of the workers and help them with logistics.
